The target customers for The Arboreal Company are large scale Property Managers, Home Owners Association Managers and Apartment communities whom want to reduce operations costs, reduce risk to tenants and increase property values. Specifically, we specialize in managing large quantities of trees. To capitalize on opportunities that are geographically close Arboreal Co. will specifically target Industrial Properties and Retail Properties with deferred maintenance due to the economic downturn caused by COVID-19. This will allow us to take advantage of the Bay Area’s robust economy as it ebbs and flows over the course of the COVID-19 recovery.
